I think the anime as a whole is pretty cool, the dialog is meant to be silly/funny :P But i think the story itself is decent.

the art work/ action scenes are very good but the dialog and story is kinda stupid and might piss you off on how stupid it is

You could have watched this online. But if you have the DVD it is even better. IF you didn't know, then hear this. The cost to make each of these episodes was 1,000,000 each! Crazy eh?
